This Manhole Cover Housing is designed for ship decks, bulkheads, and tank systems. It provides effective sealing against seawater, oil, and other fluids to protect internal structures from contamination and leakage.

It is manufactured from marine-grade Q235B carbon steel, with optional 304 or 316L stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. The structure is produced through casting or welding, ensuring high mechanical strength and durability.

All welded structures are produced using full penetration welding to ensure structural integrity.

The sealing surface flatness is controlled within ≤0.05 mm to ensure reliable sealing performance.

The nominal working pressure ranges from 0.25 to 0.6 MPa, suitable for marine tank and deck applications.

Standard sizes include 300×400 mm and 400×500 mm, with non-standard dimensions available upon request.

Surface treatment includes anti-rust primer and marine-grade top coating. For stainless steel versions, polishing is applied to improve corrosion resistance. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 120°C.
