Automotive Half-shaft

A vehicle requires a strong drivetrain component to transmit engine power to the wheels. We have been manufacturing automotive components since 2011 and have supplied load-bearing parts to Sany Heavy Industry, whose equipment operates under high torque conditions. This experience gives us strong expertise in high-load power transmission components.

This Automotive Half-shaft is designed for passenger cars and SUVs, transmitting engine torque to the wheels efficiently. It is engineered to withstand high loads during acceleration and driving conditions.

It is manufactured from 40Cr or 42CrMo alloy steel through forging and full heat treatment. This process provides both high strength and toughness, preventing torsional deformation and fracture under load.

Our modern production facility is equipped with a complete heat treatment line, ensuring consistent hardness across all components.

This Automotive Half-shaft has a hardness range of HRC 28–38 and a rated torque capacity of 1500–8000 N·m.

Spline accuracy is controlled to IT6–IT7 grade, while straightness is maintained within ≤0.15 mm per meter, ensuring stable wheel rotation and reduced vibration during operation.

Surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, contributing to smooth and reliable performance under dynamic loads.

This Automotive Half-shaft is available with either rectangular or involute spline designs. Surface treatment options include black oxide, phosphate coating, or anti-rust oil protection.

It operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C and is suitable for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
