The input shaft is a critical component at the beginning of the transmission system. We have been manufacturing precision shaft parts since 2011 and have supplied drivetrain components to Sany Heavy Industry, whose equipment operates under long-duration and high-load conditions. This experience supports our capability in producing wear-resistant transmission parts.

This Automatic Transmission Input Shaft is installed inside the gearbox and is responsible for receiving engine power and transmitting it to the gear sets for further torque conversion.

It is manufactured from 20CrMnTi or 42CrMo alloy steel through forging, followed by quenching and tempering. The gear teeth and journal areas are further treated with high-frequency surface hardening. The surface hardness reaches HRC 58–62, ensuring excellent wear resistance and service life.

 

High-Precision Performance – Backed by Data

 

Our precision grinding equipment ensures strict dimensional control and surface quality.

The Automatic Transmission Input Shaft has a journal runout tolerance of ≤0.02 mm. Surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, ensuring smooth bearing operation and reduced friction.

Spline accuracy is maintained at IT6–IT7 grade for stable torque transmission and proper meshing performance.

It supports a torque range of 150–500 N·m and operates at speeds from 500 to 8000 r/min. The working temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, ensuring stable performance under various operating conditions.
