Turbochargers operate under extremely high exhaust gas temperatures. We have been manufacturing precision cast components since 2011 and have supplied high-temperature parts to Sany Heavy Industry, whose equipment operates under demanding conditions.

This Divided Turbine Housing is designed for automotive turbochargers, where it is exposed to high-temperature exhaust gases.

It is cast from high-nickel, heat-resistant alloy iron and undergoes high-temperature aging treatment. This process enhances resistance to thermal fatigue and helps prevent cracking caused by repeated heating and cooling cycles.

 

Precision Performance – Backed by Data

 

Our casting processes include resin sand precision casting and permanent mold casting, ensuring consistent product quality.

This Divided Turbine Housing operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 950°C and a pressure range of 0.1 to 2.5 MPa.

The internal flow channel is controlled with a precision of ±0.1 mm, enabling smooth exhaust gas flow and improved turbocharger response.

The mounting surface flatness is maintained at ≤0.05 mm, with surface roughness at Ra ≤ 3.2 μm, ensuring proper sealing and assembly under extreme conditions.
