This experience supports our capability in high-precision transmission systems.

This Industrial Drive Shaft is used in industrial robots, automated production lines, servo modules, and precision drive systems. It is designed to ensure stable power transmission with minimal vibration and no looseness during operation.

Materials include 40Cr, 42CrMo, and 20CrMnTi alloy steels, selected for strength, wear resistance, and stable mechanical performance under dynamic loads.

 

High-Precision Performance – Backed by Data

 

Our precision grinding technology ensures strict dimensional control for high-speed operation.

This Industrial Drive Shaft has a journal runout tolerance of ≤0.01 mm and straightness control of ≤0.02 mm per 100 mm, ensuring excellent rotational stability.

Surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.8 μm or lower to reduce friction and improve efficiency.

Hardness ranges from HRC 28–55 depending on functional zones, allowing optimized strength and wear resistance.

It operates at speeds from 100–6000 r/min and supports torque loads from 50–2000 N·m. The working temperature range is -30°C to 120°C.
