Precision equipment requires a highly stable and flat mounting surface to ensure accurate positioning and repeatability. This Positioning Base Plate is used in robot workstations, automated production lines, precision tooling fixtures, and testing equipment. It serves as the structural foundation for fixtures, sensors, and motion components, ensuring stable installation and repeatable positioning.
Materials include 45# steel, 6061 aluminum, and Q235B cold-rolled steel, selected to balance rigidity, machinability, and corrosion resistance.

Our machining processes ensure strict control of flatness, geometry, and positioning accuracy.
This Positioning Base Plate has a flatness tolerance of ≤0.02 mm per 100 mm, ensuring a stable reference surface for precision assembly.
Hole position accuracy is controlled within ≤0.03 mm for reliable fixture alignment.
Parallelism and squareness are maintained within ≤0.03 mm to ensure structural consistency across the entire plate.
Plate thickness ranges from 8–30 mm, with customization available for heavier load or high-rigidity applications.
Surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 1.6–3.2 μm, depending on finishing requirements. Surface treatments include anodizing, electrostatic powder coating, black oxide, and zinc plating.
The operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C.
