Robot joints operate continuously with high-frequency movement and require extremely stable transmission components. We have been manufacturing robot-related precision parts since 2011 and have supplied joint mechanism components to Sany Heavy Industry, whose welding and automation robots require high positioning accuracy. This experience supports our capability in high-precision motion components.

This Robot Joint Spindle is used in 6-axis industrial robots, collaborative robots, robotic arms, and automatic rotation units. It is designed to handle rapid reciprocating motion while maintaining precise and stable performance.

Materials include 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi, and GCr15 bearing steel, selected for high strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability under dynamic loads.

 

High-Precision Performance – Backed by Data

 

Our precision grinding and heat treatment processes ensure strict dimensional and rotational control.

This Robot Joint Spindle has radial runout ≤0.01 mm and coaxiality ≤0.01 mm, ensuring extremely stable rotation.

Surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.8 μm to reduce friction and improve motion efficiency.

Heat treatment hardness ranges from HRC 30–60 with zoned treatment to balance strength and toughness across functional areas.

It supports rated torque from 50–3000 N·m and operating speeds up to 5000 r/min. The working temperature range is -30°C to 120°C.

Surface treatments include black oxide, phosphate coating, hard chrome plating, and anti-rust treatment for enhanced durability.
