1. Load Calculation: The design of the bearing sleeve should be based on actual load conditions, including radial load, axial load, and torque load. Excessive load may cause deformation or wear of the bearing sleeve, while insufficient load may waste materials and increase costs.

 

2. Fit Tolerances: The fit tolerances between the bearing sleeve and the bearing and equipment housing need to be accurately calculated. An overly tight fit may lead to installation difficulties or inflexible bearing operation, while an overly loose fit may cause loosening and vibration.

 

3. Heat Dissipation Design: Under high speed or high load conditions, the bearing sleeve may generate a significant amount of heat. Heat dissipation pathways should be considered in the design, such as adding heat sinks or selecting materials with good thermal conductivity.

 

4. Corrosion Protection Design: In humid or corrosive environments, bearing sleeves may require corrosion protection measures, such as surface plating, applying rust-preventive oil, or selecting corrosion-resistant materials.
