Large machinery requires a stable and durable foundation. We have been manufacturing heavy-duty components since 2011 and have produced equipment bases for Sany Heavy Industry. Their crane bases utilize similar manufacturing processes, reflecting our expertise in supporting high-load applications.

This Heavy Duty Machine Base is designed for mining equipment and large hydraulic systems. It is built to withstand loads of tens of tons while resisting vibration during operation.

Manufactured from Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel, the base features a one-piece welded structure. Post-weld stress-relief annealing is applied to prevent deformation and ensure long-term structural stability.

Our 60-acre facility is supported by a professional welding team. All welds are full-penetration and undergo non-destructive testing to ensure structural integrity.

This Heavy Duty Machine Base supports load capacities ranging from 10 to 80 tons, with higher capacities available upon request.

The mounting surface flatness is controlled within ≤0.1 mm per meter, ensuring stable equipment installation.

Hole position tolerance is maintained at ≤0.08 mm, helping to prevent misalignment and unwanted movement during operation.

We provide more than steel structures-we deliver dependable solutions for demanding applications.

Each base undergoes sandblasting, followed by an epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

For outdoor environments, enhanced anti-corrosion options are available. Installation can be completed using anchor bolts or adjustable shock-absorbing supports, depending on your requirements.
