Fixture Base Plate

Your fixtures need a strong, flat base. We have been manufacturing tooling since 2011. We have supplied fixture bases for Sany Heavy Industry, whose machining processes require highly stable workholding. We understand how to produce reliable solutions.

This Fixture Base Plate is used in automated production lines, machine tooling, test fixtures, and assembly clamps. It securely holds the workpiece in place and ensures precise positioning. We use HT250 cast iron, 45# steel, 6061 aluminum, and Q235B steel to provide excellent rigidity and stability.

Flatness is controlled within 0.015 mm per 100 mm. This Fixture Base Plate achieves squareness and parallelism within 0.02 mm. Mounting hole position tolerance is within 0.03 mm. Surface roughness ranges from Ra ≤ 1.6 to 3.2 μm.

Standard thickness ranges from 10 to 50 mm, and custom thicknesses are available upon request. Surface treatments include black oxide, zinc plating, anodizing, and electrostatic powder coating. The result is a plate that ensures accurate and stable workpiece positioning.
