We have supplied instrument components for Sany Heavy Industry, whose measurement systems demand strict accuracy standards, which we are fully capable of meeting.

This Core Assembly for Specialized Instruments is used in high-precision testing instruments, optical sensing systems, research equipment, and specialized measurement devices. These components perform critical functions such as sensing, positioning, guiding, and locking.

We use 304 and 316L stainless steel, TC4 titanium alloy, 6061/7075 aluminum, bearing steel, and engineering wear-resistant alloys. You get a core component designed for demanding precision applications.

Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.005 to ±0.02 mm. This Core Assembly maintains coaxiality, flatness, and symmetry within 0.01 mm.

Surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.2–1.6 μm. The working temperature range is -40°C to 120°C.

Surface treatments include precision polishing, passivation, hard chrome plating, anodizing, and electropolishing. The result is a core assembly engineered for extremely high-precision performance.
