We use HT250 gray iron, 45# steel, Q235B steel, and 6061 aluminum. You get a support plate that ensures accurate and stable machine leveling.

Flatness is controlled within 0.015 mm per 100 mm. This Machine Table Support Plate maintains parallelism and squareness within 0.02 mm. Standard thickness ranges from 10 to 50 mm, and non-standard sizes are available upon request.

Surface roughness is Ra ≤ 1.6 to 3.2 μm. The compressive load capacity ranges from 10 to 50 kN, and the working temperature range is -20°C to 80°C.

Surface treatments include black oxide, anti-rust paint, sandblasting, and anodizing. The result is a support plate that keeps your machine table stable, level, and accurate.
