We use 45# steel, 40Cr alloy steel, 6061 aluminum, and HT250 cast iron. You get a clamp designed for fast, stable, and precise workholding.
Precision Data for a Secure Hold – Check the Numbers
Slot width tolerance is controlled to IT6–IT7 grade. This Tee Slot Clamp maintains slot symmetry within 0.02 mm, and slot straightness within 0.015 mm per 100 mm.
Surface roughness is Ra ≤ 1.6–3.2 μm. Surface treatments include black oxide, hardening, zinc plating, and anodizing. The working temperature range is -20°C to 80°C.
