This Flanged End Cover is designed for use in excavators and loaders, where it must withstand high-pressure conditions and prevent oil leakage.

It is manufactured from HT250 cast iron or 45# steel. The sealing surface is precisely machined, with flatness controlled within 0.03 mm, ensuring a secure and reliable seal with O-rings.

With over 40 machining centers, we ensure high-precision manufacturing for every component.

The Flanged End Cover features a hole position tolerance of ≤0.05 mm, with hole diameter accuracy meeting IT7–IT8 grade standards.

It is available in configurations ranging from 4 to 16 holes and can be customized based on your requirements.

Designed to handle working pressures of up to 35 MPa, the sealing surface roughness is maintained at Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, improving sealing performance and fit.

Custom designs are available based on your drawings, including special hole patterns and configurations.
