The driveshaft should be lubricated with grease through the grease fitting every 200 hours of operation. The grease injection pressure should not exceed 2.5 MPa. When the wear layer of the spline shaft exceeds 1/3 of its original thickness, it should be repaired and coated. If the radial clearance of the universal joint cross shaft is greater than 0.3 mm, the bearing assembly must be replaced. After the overload protection device is triggered, all protective bolts must be replaced. If more than 10% of the steel balls are missing, the entire torque converter body should be replaced.
