Key Technologies for Agricultural Machinery Driveshafts

Mar 01, 2026

Mechanical torque overload protection technology uses a protective bolt to connect the steering fork to the torque converter body. Evenly distributed steel balls enhance connection stability. When the torque exceeds the rated value, the protective bolt breaks, triggering a self-rotation protection mechanism. The jumper sleeve device adjusts the interval size by inserting a pointed end into the compression unit. The outer protrusion slides into the functional groove to achieve overload release protection.

Another pneumatic torque overload protection technology transmits torque through air pressure. Upon overload, the balls slide out of the slot and completely release pressure, achieving idling protection without automatic reset. Reset requires increasing the air pressure to the set pressure, thus reducing component wear and extending service life.

The universal joint assembly adopts a lightweight design. Precision machining reduces the rotation diameter by 15%-20% and the overall weight by more than 12%. The protective cover uses a stamping process, with wall thickness error controlled within ±0.1mm to ensure consistent dustproof performance.

Currently, technological breakthroughs for specialized agricultural machinery equipment markets such as livestock, aquaculture, and facility agriculture have become one of the industry's R&D directions.
