A Wear-Resistant Inner Wall for Cylinder Systems

 

Cylinder systems require a strong and wear-resistant inner surface to ensure stable operation under continuous pressure. We have been manufacturing cylinder sleeves since 2011 and have supplied cylinder sleeve components for Sany Heavy Industry. Their hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and demanding working conditions.

This Automotive Cylinder Sleeve is used in hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, compressors, and various reciprocating power systems. It is designed to provide wear resistance, sealing stability, and long service life under repeated motion and pressure cycles.

Materials include 20# steel, 45# steel, 40Cr alloy steel, ductile iron, and alloy cast iron, selected to match different strength and wear-resistance requirements.

 

Precision Manufacturing Data for Cylinder Applications

 

Inner diameter tolerance is controlled at IT5–IT7 grade to ensure precise fit and stable sealing performance.

Roundness and cylindricity are maintained within ≤0.005 mm to guarantee smooth piston movement and reduce friction.

Inner wall surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.4–0.8 μm to improve sealing and reduce wear.

Working pressure range is 0.2 to 32 MPa, suitable for both low-pressure pneumatic and high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Operating temperature range is -40°C to 220°C, supporting both low-temperature environments and high-heat industrial operation.

Wall thickness ranges from 2 to 15 mm depending on application requirements.

Surface treatments include inner bore hardening, phosphate coating, hard chrome plating, and anti-rust treatment to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
