Motor Mounting Base

A motor requires a rigid and stable base to ensure accurate power transmission. We have been manufacturing motor mounting components since 2011 and have supplied base structures for Sany Heavy Industry. Their motor systems require precise alignment between the motor and the driven load under continuous operation.

This Motor Mounting Base is used for servo motors, gear motors, variable frequency motors, and industrial drive units. It ensures stable positioning and maintains accurate shaft alignment between the motor and the connected load.

Materials include HT250 gray cast iron, Q235B steel, and QT450-10 ductile iron, selected for strength, rigidity, and vibration resistance.

Flatness is controlled within ≤0.02 mm per 100 mm to ensure a stable mounting surface for motor installation.

Mounting hole position tolerance is maintained within ≤0.03 mm for precise assembly and alignment.

Parallelism and squareness are controlled within ≤0.03 mm to ensure correct motor positioning.

Surface roughness is maintained at Ra ≤ 1.6–3.2 μm for improved contact stability.

Load capacity ranges from 100 to 5000 kg depending on structure design and application requirements.

Operating temperature range is -30°C to 120°C, suitable for industrial environments with temperature variation.

Surface treatments include anti-rust primer, top coating, electrostatic powder coating, and zinc plating to enhance corrosion resistance and durability.
