Precise Flow Control for Multiple Industrial Systems

 

Valves are critical components for controlling fluid flow in industrial systems. We have been manufacturing valve components since 2011 and have supplied hydraulic valve cores for Sany Heavy Industry. Their valve systems require extremely high precision to ensure stable and accurate flow control.

This Valve and Valve Core is used in hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, petrochemical applications, and water treatment systems. It is designed to ensure tight sealing, stable movement, and strong wear resistance under continuous operation.

Materials include 2Cr13 stainless steel, 304/316L stainless steel, 42CrMo alloy steel, copper alloy, and carbide, selected based on different pressure, corrosion, and wear requirements.

 

Precision Performance Data for Flow Control Systems

 

The seal face hardness is maintained at HRC 45–62 to ensure durability under repeated operation and high-pressure conditions.

Fit tolerance is controlled to IT5–IT7 grade standards for precise motion and sealing performance.

Circular runout is controlled within ≤0.01 mm to ensure stable operation and reduce leakage risk.

Surface roughness is maintained at Ra ≤ 0.4–0.8 μm, ensuring smooth sealing surfaces and reduced friction.

Working pressure ranges from 1.6 to 32 MPa, suitable for low to high-pressure systems.

Operating temperature range is -40°C to 350°C, supporting both low-temperature environments and high-heat industrial conditions.

Applicable media include water, oil, steam, gas, and mildly corrosive fluids.
