Their machine tools and automated systems require stable, repeatable positioning under continuous operation.

This Heavy Duty Lead Screw is used in CNC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines, and precision automation equipment. It is designed for high-load transmission, accurate positioning, and long service life under repetitive motion conditions.

Materials include GCr15 bearing steel, 40Cr, and 42CrMo alloy steel, selected for wear resistance, strength, and dimensional stability.

 

Precision Performance Data for High-Accuracy Motion

 

Heat treatment hardness is maintained at HRC 58–62 to ensure high surface wear resistance and long operational life.

Lead accuracy reaches IT3–IT5 grade, supporting ultra-precise positioning in CNC applications.

Radial runout is controlled within ≤0.005 mm to ensure stable rotation and smooth motion.

Straightness is controlled within ≤0.01 mm per 100 mm, ensuring consistent linear travel accuracy.

Surface roughness is maintained at Ra ≤ 0.4–0.8 μm to reduce friction and improve efficiency.

Applicable speed is up to 3000 r/min, suitable for high-speed feed systems.

Operating temperature range is -20°C to 80°C, suitable for standard industrial environments.
