We have been manufacturing precision shaft components since 2011 and have supplied spindle parts for Sany Heavy Industry. Their motor systems operate under continuous high-speed conditions, requiring strict control of vibration and runout.

This High Speed Electric Spindle is used in servo motors, high-speed variable frequency motors, CNC spindle motors, and specialized power drive systems. It is designed to maintain smooth rotation and high rigidity under extreme operating speeds.

Materials include 40Cr and 42CrMo alloy steel, 20CrMnTi carburizing steel, and GCr15 bearing steel, selected for strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.

 

Precision Performance Data for High-Speed Operation

 

Radial runout is controlled within ≤0.005 mm to ensure ultra-precise rotation at high speed.

Coaxiality is maintained within ≤0.01 mm to ensure stable alignment and reduce vibration.

Surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.4–0.8 μm for smooth bearing contact and reduced friction.

Hardness ranges from HRC 28 to 60 with zoned heat treatment to balance toughness and wear resistance.

Operating speed range is 500 to 12000 r/min, suitable for both medium and ultra-high-speed applications.

Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, ensuring stability under thermal load.

Surface treatments include hard chrome plating, black oxide, phosphate coating, and precision polishing to enhance wear resistance and surface durability.
